Support us

Loss of sight can leave a child lonely, isolated and destitute. In the developing world blindness can mean a child lacking hope of becoming financially self supporting. Yet just £2 GBP a month can help to change this. Please donate now to help us provide these children with a future.

All our donations are processed by the Charities Aid Foundation, who specialise in secure online transactions

There are four easy ways to donate:

Online
Donate online by using our link to the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) secure server. You can make a one off payment by using a bank or charity card. If you are a UK taxpayer please remember to tick the Gift Aid box to make your money stretch further.

Regular Payments
You can make regular payments by a standing order through your bank to Cafbank (Charities Aid Foundation's bank) . You can also donate to GBVF by calling CAF on (+44)(0)1732 520 000. If you are a UK taxpayer please ask them to send you a Gift Aid form. If you sign this and return it to them we can reclaim the tax back from your donation.

By post
If you want to pay by cheque or charity voucher make them payable to the Gordon Barclay Vietnam Fund, and send them to to 77 Maze Hill, Greenwich, London SE10 8XQ. If you are a UK taxpayer please enclose a SAE and we will send you a Gift Aid form for you to complete.

Where will my money go?

£2 GBP
...will provide extra food for a month for a child at the Haiphong Residential School for the Visually Impaired, or support a secondary school pupil living at home.

£10 GBP
...would help pay for a sixth of the farm project costs, including day old chicks, seeds and tools.

£30 GBP
...will pay for copying Braille textbooks in one subject for one secondary school pupil.


£45 GBP
.... Will pay for the transcription of one University textbook into Braille.


£50 GBP. …Will purchase a bicycle for higher educational pupils.
